Desired Outcome

You Said We Did
Being prepared is about keeping both the public and employees safe. Amended the first paragraph of the desired outcome to include the safety of employees.
The word appropriate when referring to resources is subjective. We acknowledge this is subjective; however, it would be for the individual service to determine what resources are appropriate for its need. This will be determined by its CRMP.
The word timely is subjective. We acknowledge that this is subjective and would be for a service to determine. This language is consistent with the HMICFRS Characteristics of Good Performance.

To Achieve The Fire Standard

You Said We Did
Services should also be engaging with Local Resilience Forums. Point 12 was amended to include Local Resilience Forums.

Expected Benefits of the Fire Standard

You Said We Did
Benefit 5 relating to Operational Competence is unclear. It was agreed that this benefit was not appropriate for this Fire Standard and was removed.
