Emergency Preparedness and Resilience Fire Standard

We are grateful for all the feedback we received through the consultation on the Emergency Preparedness and Resilience Fire Standard, all of which has been considered. We have provided an explanation and rationale for the changes made to the final version of the Fire Standard in the table below.

Safeguarding Fire Standard

The NFCC’s Safeguarding Workstream has delivered a number of guidance documents and a self-assessment tool to enable services to assure and improve their capability in this area. We are grateful for all the feedback we received through the consultation, all of which has been considered. We have provided an explanation and rationale for the changes made in the table below.

Code of Ethics Fire Standard

The draft Code of Ethics Fire Standard, which the Fire Standards Board has put forward for consideration, is underpinned by the Core Code of Ethics for Fire and Rescue Services (England) (core code). Community Risk Management Planning Fire Standard

Community Risk Management Planning

The NFCC Community Risk Programme (CRP) have published some guidance and tools to support services, more will follow over the coming months. These&nbsp;tools and guidance help services in developing CRMPs as well as in achieving the Fire Standard and are available online.
